The Weekly Roundup Email provides a recap of important tasks for the upcoming week, focusing on the bookings you own. You’ll receive a summary of any outstanding invoices, contract updates, and cards on file for your bookings. If you own bookings across multiple portals, you will receive a separate email for each portal, ensuring that you have the right information for each portal.
This email helps you stay organized and focused on the most relevant tasks for your bookings, streamlining your workflow each week.
Weekly Roundup Email Includes Past Bookings
The Weekly Roundup email will continue to notify you about any activity related to past bookings if there are open tasks associated with those bookings. If you prefer not to receive further notifications for a past booking with open tasks, you have the following options:
- Close the Open Tasks: Resolve the pending items linked to the booking.
- Archive the Booking: Archive the booking to stop notifications.
