You can use ROHbot at any step in your process to help auto-generate a booking for you. Whether you're uploading a fully executed contract or a contract file that still needs signatures, ROHbot can extract key booking details and payment schedules from the uploaded file(s) to automatically generate the booking for you.
- To get started, upload a contract file from any system, fill in required fields, and send it to ROHbot.
- ROHbot ingests the uploaded file, extracts key information to generate the booking, and sends you a notification when it's ready.

Please Note:
ROHbot continuously learns and improves its ability to read files, becoming more efficient over time. However, when encountering a new type of contract or document, it may take a few minutes to process and adapt. If the file contains missing information, ROHbot may require additional time to analyze and extract details such as the invoice schedule, amounts, and due dates.
Additionally, if multiple contracts or documents are uploaded at once, ROHbot will process them sequentially to ensure it learns from each one in order.
