Refund Process Guide
You can process refunds directly from your ROH dashboard for any invoice where the payment was made through ROH. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used in ROH.
Please Note:
- Invoices with payments made manually or outside of ROH cannot be refunded through our platform, as the original payment method is not stored in ROH.
- You can refund up to the full value of the original invoice.
Need to Request an Additional Refund?
If you need to issue a second refund for the same invoice, no problem! Simply click here to request a second refund for the invoice.
Convenience Fee Enabled?
If your property is set up to pass through fees to clients, you can choose whether to enable refunds of convenience fees to clients when issuing refunds. If the fee is refunded to the client, the amount will be added to the your next monthly statement to cover the processing cost.For further assistance or if you have questions about this process, please contact partners@roh.co.
