      Need to Mark a Contract as Executed Outside of ROH?

      If you’ve executed a contract outside of ROH, you can mark it accordingly. Here’s what you need to know:

      1. Mark the Contract as executed outside of ROH
        Navigate to the contract in ROH and select the option to mark it as executed outside of ROH. Marking a contract as executed outside ROH indicates it was fully executed outside of our system. As a result, any existing digital signatures will be nullified, and the digital contract in progress will become irretrievable to all parties.

      2. Upload a copy of the Contract executed outside of ROH
        After marking the contract as executed outside of ROH, you can upload a copy of the fully executed contract to keep your records complete and organized.
