Once a refund is processed through ROH, it generally cannot be reversed. This means you can't "undo" the refund or reclaim the money from the client. However, if you accidentally refunded a client and need to recover the funds, you can attempt to charge them again for the same amount or issue a new invoice to collect the payment.
In some cases, depending on the type of refund, it might be possible to cancel it before the client receives the funds. Certain card refunds allow for cancellation within a limited timeframe.
