How ROH fees are paid
ROH's fees are either billed monthly, or subtracted each time a customer pays an invoice (ROH's fees are subtracted from the amount transferred to your bank account). Please note that your platform and payment processing fees are detailed in your signed contract.

Carats & Cake partnerships are annual contracts. Our partnership success team will reach out to you several months before your contract is over to discuss renewal options.
